boilers and thermal storage systems are built to these
stringent standards:

· NEC/ NFPA 424-G
· UL Subject 834
· ASME Safety Code CSD-1
◇ “PRECISION” Heating Elements
· Individual immersion heating elements are 2 1/2” square
flanged for ease of
replacement. The elements are made of a highly corrosion-resistant
Incoloy-sheath
(332SS), with nickel-chromium resistance wire packed
in magnesium oxide power,
and configured in a U-tube design. Elements are limited
to 75 watts per square inch
power density to assure long life.
◇ All the electrical parts
and components are imported from USA, and made by world-
famous manufacturers like Honeywell.
◇ Cables are for high temperature
operation: cables for heating element wiring are good
for 200℃ (steam boiler) and 125℃ (hot water boiler),
cables for control wiring are
good for 105℃.
◇ Load control via PID pressure
/ temperature controller, step control with “first-on
first-
off” function for equalized heating element operation.
◇ Sufficient safety devices
· Two-stage high temperature / pressure limit (auto
reset and manual reset)
· Probe-type manual reset low water cutoff with test
circuit
· ASME safety valve(s)
· Cold startup protection
· Overcurrent protection, grounding protection, etc.
◇ Optional components include
PLC control w/color touch screen, BAS interface, multi-
boiler group control
◇ The local-assembled units
are made with domestic boiler tank as per “PRECISION”
drawings, heating elements and electrical components
supplied by PRECISION. |
